Fedhealth failed to pay my hospital medical costs and my savings

I was a Fedhealth member between 2005 and 2010, maxima option. I fell ill in 2010 and was hospitalized but Fedhealth failed to pay for my medical costs. I wrote numerous emails to Fedhealth but was not assisted. I also had savings that had accumulated in my account since 2005. I requested Fedhealth to at least pay out these savings but this was never done. Its going to close to 10 years now with this matter not resolved! I have pursued this matter since 2010 and lost hope around 2014 as Fedhealth was ignoring me. I want this matter finalised!
