Fedhealth: ******ion and a ****
What a ****! Please avoid Fedhealth as far as possible. In order for your your benefits to kick in, you need to activate and use your Medivault, which I did. Fedhealth just became too expensive and I resigned in October. I was advised that I needed to serve a notice month (November), which I did. I was also advised that the last deduction will go off on 31 December 2019 as I was paying backwards. Perfect, I in the mean time went to Medihelp and got covered for December as I have a 3 year old and can't be without medical aid. Much to my dismay, a R925 was deducted from my account again on 2 January 2020 at 22:34 Spoke to Fedhealth, according to them, I activated the Medivault and choose to use all of the money. I can either pay R3300 all at once or I can let them deduct the R925 every month until the account is settled.... I served my notice month, paid my contribution and paid R2000 from my pocket, for Nexium, as I was in a "selfpayment gap" I was told that my contribution where only for emergencies.... How much more money do you want to distort from your customers? Stop giving cheap movie tickets, Sorbet vouchers etc and cover medical benefits.
