Fedhealth Ex-gratia is the worst.

So, I got an ex-gratia approval (thank you) after my surgery was completed. But now Fedhealth cannot process the claim due to the invoice from the hospital being private and has no details of my medical aid as I paid cash. Upon confirmation with netcare Linksfield, Fedhealth SHOULD be aware that there are different rates for individuals and medical aid for patients admitted and changing the invoice details may result in a HUGE increase in the hospital costs incurred. But Fedhealth will not make an exception for an exceptional situation. Discovery and other medical aids understand the circumstances of these claims and make an exception but Fedhealth cannot. I will lose 30k because an invoice doesn’t have my membership number.
