Fedhealth dropa the ball again!!!!!

As usual Fedhealth changes things and nothing works. They have made security changes tothe login. It is supposed to send an OTP doesn't happen. Send an email wait 3 days, phome spend R 50 airtime, get told it's sorted run out pf airtime before I van comfirm. Receive an email giving instructions to re register doesnt work. Phone again (16;06),.go through to an extension can hear people im the background NO ONE ANSWERS MY CALL. in the meantime I cannot access ANYTHING Really fed up with this. Oh and I logged on their system for someone to call me bavk that was yesterday18/02/2020 still wIaiting I pay a lot of money for shoddy service! !!!
