Why the hell would you take my daughter (Jeanne) off my medical aid, without talking to me about it?!

You have NO right! My daughter (Jeanne) is remedial (Google it if you dont know what it means!) and ive given you the document from my doctor to state that. You are even welcome to contact Jeanne's school that will confirm she was in, to ask if she is remedial.

The school's name is ORION and its a REMEDIAL school !!!

I told you...Jeanne cannot work for anyone, to earn her own salary (and the school will confirm this aswell!) or live on her own...I AS HER MOTHER, HAVE TO LOOK AFTER HER !!!

THERE IS NO ONE ELSE TO LOOK AFTER HER!!!

I am telling you now FedHealth... Seeing as you at no point (since youve added Jeanne to my policy) discussed anything with me about my daughter...that made you decide to "terminate" her from my policy...and now you just send a soppy letter about a "VAULT" and then within it give a sneeze comment about my "beneficiary being terminated" off my policy...?! You "Re" is grusomely incorrect...seeing as you basically only discussed the "VAULT"! How disgustingly low class of you...?!

I will not only report this...and trust me, i know all too well whom all to report this matter to.

I cannot believe you sunk so low..i thought that FedHealth was the only legit company left in South Africa. Guess i was horribly mistaken?!

Firstly, i expect you to address me with an explanation...so that i can present that when i report you.

Oh and if anything happens (hospitalization/anything medically required) to my daughter (Jeanne) in this time (of this matter being dealt with, with FedHealth) and i have to fork out all my savings (cuz you know I’m not allowed to work since 2016)...I WILL SUE FEDHEALTH FOR ALL THAT MONEY (plus the interest) AND YOU WILL COVER ALL ATTORNEY COSTS ASWELL AND PAY US FOR THE EMOTIONAL TRAUMA YOUVE NOW CAUSED !!!

Think carefully before replying to me. I will keep ALL communication (which i already have, since the beginning of time) from FedHealth and present that when i report you.

I’m sure that Carte Blanche (for one) would LOVE to hear what FedHealth did to a remedial person, that her Severe Brain Damage mother is trying to look after...especially now during this financially crippling time that we all have been going through, during the COVID lockdown!

Oh then ofcourse HelloPeter and the Consumer Board, "Medical Aid" Ombudsman and and and...

And as you can see...I’m pretty good in composing powerful emails...to express my utter disappointment in a company...

Never ever in the years that ive been with FedHealth, did i ever NOT pay any months premium!!! You have absolutely NO reason to "terminate" my daughter (Jeanne) as a beneficiary off my policy!
