Fedhealth dont know what they are doing!
Authorisation dept and payment department on different planets. What the say they cover and what they do when it comes to the crunch - worlds apart. Bunch of *******. *****ed me over twice now - and always an excuse. Would never recommend them to anyone! Their plans are a joke. Worst medical aid ever!
