FEDHEALTH doesn’t care for nothing!!!!
Fedhealth you’re the worst medical scheme I’ve used in my life, disgusting service!! I have now 3 claims that you rejected and it’s so sad because I communicate with the agents before I consult. Days ago I made I was told I can go to any Optometrist I need to ensure I have enough funds on the wallet which the agent loaded for me, now what did you pay online R300 when the agent loaded R2000?? Yoh! I’m tired of fighting with you guys its Not fair. Also I’m supposed to be covered until today but my membership number is invalid, why?
