Fedhealth doesn't care

Been with Fedhealth over 10 years..never missed a payment. Daughter turning 21 in July..got email from MBALI NTAKA telling us she WILL be terminated....no other options or explanations....just a big surprise...phoned to speak to her...held for 20 minutes...had to load more airtime whilst I was holding. Daughter works max 12 days a month part time and is still dependent on us as earns very little and just got told that membership will be terminated 1 MONTH before she turns 21 because she is earning a salary. It's a part time position for 3 months and we don't even know if she will have a job in 3 months but Fedhealth doesn't want to hear about our situation. Cold and rude....couldn't even give me advise on how much it would be to put her on her own medical aid which she can't afford. Totally incompetant ..looking at other medical aids because why should I support a scheme that doesn't care about their members. This new stuff about the Fedhealth revolution and we let you choose is a f****....it is so confusing so they can trick you out if your money. When I asked MBALI why she didn't put her direct number on the email so we can talk directly to the decision maker, she told me they are not allowed to....the actual reason is that they hide their incompetence behind the front line agents who have to deal with irate customers.
