Fedhealth does not respect the CPA

I joined FedHealth on 1 July 2019. After, on two separate instances, the information conveyed by the sales person did not match the information on the Fedhealth website, and I found the FedHealth setup confusing, I decided to exercise my right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel the policy within the 10 day cool down period. I conveyed this to the sales person at WellWorx, your partners, on 4 July 2019. After receiving no confirmation, I conveyed the same information to Fedhealth directly on 5 July 2019. Lerato Nko informed me that Fedhealth will not cancel the contract as you require 1 month notice. This violates the CPA and opens you up to a complaint to the NCC. Please with immediate effect cancel this policy in line with my rights under law. Thank you.
