Fedhealth does not pay anything!!!

Since Fedhealth changed their plans, I now suddenly need to pay additional money to get "day to day"so I basically pay R6000 for a hospital plan!!

I had to go for a scan, they gave the doctor a authorization number, I had to pay R2200 excess, now the want me to pay for the scan R9000!! Why did they give an authorization number then??

I also had to pay medicine, ENT account etc......Why do I pay for a service I do not receive???? I need to change to a medical aid that knows what service is. I can not pay R6000 per month for nothing!!!
