Fedhealth does not care about their members

Fedhealth used to be the most fantastic medical aid but they have become uncaring, unhelpful and almost as arrogant as their heavyweight market opponent, which we will not mention by name. A member has been rendered without the ability to walk, due to a broken patella, which is described on the PMB list of the CMS but even after two months of begging, pleading, negotiating, communicating and following their endless procedures, there is no resolution. One could complain about the service, but there isn't any! Wish there was a zero rating but unfortunately I have to give them one star.
