Fedhealth Doctors not practicing at Fedhealth Hospitals, what is the use?

I went to see Dr Christene van Heerden (Gynecologist) in Milnerton Mediclinic on Monday 05/03/2018, Dr van Heerden is part of the Fedhealth Network (Fedhealth agent mailed me the doctors in my area) hence i went to her for my wife's pregnancy.

After seeing her she had to book my wife in to the Hospital to stay over as an emergency to be put on drips and to monitor her as she was dehydrated. The Doctor cant send my wife anywhere else as she only has permissions at this selected hospital.

To my surprise i got a call from Fedhealth that i need to pay R6 100.00 for the hospital visit as the specific hospital is not on the Fedhealth Network hospitals, this does not make sense because how can the Gynecologist be on the network and not the hospital? There are 2 other gynecologist in Milnerton Mediclinic as well so what happens when they have a baby to deliver?? The patient and the doctor is on Fedhealth but not the hospital? Seems pointless?

The hospital that is part of the Fedhealth Network close to me is Netcare Blouberg, but I was told there aren't any Gynecologist in that hospital on the Fedhealth network as per my initial chat with a Fedhealth representative, what is the logic to this!? I can go to the hospital for my wife's pregnancy, but there aren't any Gynecologist on the Fedhealth Network that is part of the Netcare Blouberg hospital? I later found out that there are doctors on the Fedhealth Network that practice at Netcare Blouberg and was misinformed by the agent.

I am utterly discussed about this and cant believe this is how Fedhealth operates.

I wonder what would happen when our Gynecologist need to do a Fedhealth member birth, she cant do it her hospital because its not on the Network, what is the use that there are 3 Fedhealth Doctors at the Hospital but the Hospital isn't on the Network?

Please would you be so kind as to let me know the steps to get this rectified as i don't see why i need to pay Hospital bills when i went to see a doctor in your network at a hospital she practices at. The doc cant send my wife away as it was an emergency.

I sent an email to the Fedhealth Fund Manager 7 March 2018 but still haven't received a response.
