Fedhealth, do you know what you are doing?!

Fedhealth, do you know what you are doing???!!!!! I was asked to complete a dependent review which I did and I received a query number. On Friday I receive a mail stating that you have not received it. I try and phone them, and their phone system does not work properly so I send an email and I complete the “contact me” section on their website. Again I receive a query number. Today I receive a mail stating that my son has been terminated from our medical aid. Fedhealth, get your act together!!! If anything happens to my son between now and when you eventually decide that you can sort yourselves out I will be taking legal action. I have records of my mails and your acknowledgment responses. Absolutely shocking, annoying and beyond frustrating!!!
