Fedhealth do better!!!!!

Fedhealth used to be such a good medical aid years ago but it’s so bad now. I am waiting for 20 days now to get an authorisation for a procedure that takes place in the hospital. I sent you all the codes that were given to me by my Dr. Eventually I received a reply that you want a script from my urologist for the botox that get used during the procedure. I received an email with an updated chronic condition were it’s states that the botox was declined under chronic??? Again this is a procedure done in hospital. I am sending emails but don’t get a reply.
