Fedhealth - disgusting service to the elderly!!!!

My mother submitted a claim and are still waiting for any response. My father also had to go for a Covid test before his operation, and when my mother called for the authorization number the person she spoke to did not note the correct hospital and now they have to pay for another test because the date changed. DO NOT USE FEDHEALTH - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
