Fedhealth- disgraceful ********* customer service!

I am absolutely disgusted and horrified at the service received from Fedhealth!! They approved treatment for my mums condition in January, and we have since been struggling to have the service providers paid. Now both the service providers are threatening us with Legal action if the bills are not settled immediately. My mum is the main member, and I am the 3rd party approved to liaise on her behalf. My parents are elderly and have been given the run around by Fedhealths consultants and this is beyond disgusting. I have stepped in to try to assist and I too, have been given the same less than helpful or professional service! This is atrocious!! So apart from my elderly parents having to deal with failing health matters, we also have to deal with threats of legal action, all because Fedhealth approved treatment, and now are *********ly refusing to pay for that same treatment!
