FEDHEALTH DISAPPOINTMENT

And here I am again...I am so sorry that I congradulated Fedhealth for resolving my complain. Every single time that my husband's stay needs further authorisation it is the same struggle again. Authorisation is normally given within 8 hours.... no ways...it take them up to 4-5 working days. We are now waiting for authorisation AGAIN for 72 hours. I dont know what else to do. My husband only need 2 more weeks in step down....I am so sad because the medical aid(who do not wait for our contributions) that we need to trust is now proving to be *************. Just when the update have been done for last week, we start the whole unpleasant process again. Ntabiseng is off sick and nobody else can do her work, Anna Potgieter promise to phone back on Friday 13/03/2020, she phone to say Ntabiseng is off sick, and the I had to start phoning and sending emails.
