Fedhealth did not pay my specailist bill

I would like to lay a complaint about my medical aid, Fed health Blue door.<br> <br> I have been a member with the above mentioned medical for over a year. <br> <br> My complaint is they have not paid my Gynaecologist visit cost of the 02 April 2015, this has caused my follow up visit to the gynaecologist that was due on the 04 May 2015 to be postponed.<br> <br> I am currently 19 weeks pregnant and according to the scheme benefits should have 2 specialist visits per year.<br> <br> I have been calling the scheme several times from the 28 April 2015, after I have learned that the first specialist visit was not paid. They informed me that they needed a Specialist Reference number for the 02 April 2015, in order to process the Gynaecologist claim. However when I have called them a week prior the 02 April 2015 appointment to confirm that I will be attending my gynaecologist appointment, I was not made aware of this.<br> <br> The scheme kept on telling me that they have system error and are waiting from their IT to release the backdated Specialist reference number, and while they are not realising the claim, I cannot attend my follow up visit and this has brought a huge stress as it is my first pregnancy and do not w
