FEDHEALTH Dental Cover

*** FEDHEALTH I am so frustrated!!!!!. I am already paying every month R7000 for my family as I cannot afford a higher plan. This year they have taken off dental general anesthetic for children under 7 years old on our plan. My son that is 5 years old requires teeth to be removed. The dentist wrote a motivational letter requesting GA as she doesn't want to traumatize him. I sent through the letter to be told on 25 Sept insufficient clinical information they requested a pan-x-ray. I sent through the pan x-ray to be reviewed by the dental board and no communication, until I called this morning. He is 5 years old and wont sit still can you at least consider paying like 60% of the bill why cannot you cover!!!!!!!
