FEDHEALTH DENIES UPGRADE REQUEST
There should be a no star option. Client of mine needs to upgrade his medica aid option due to being diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour and Fedhealth has declined his request. They market that they allow upgrades within 30 days of diagnosis of a life-changing event (which this is) but now they decline stating "upgrades can be approved or declined according to the scheme rules"! Go figure.
