Fedhealth deducted after I requested for the medical aid to be canceled

I'm am extremely disappointed with how my matter has been handled. I communicated my medical aid cancellation well in advance, In line with Fedhealth’s requirements, I submitted the necessary medical certificate, which clearly states the effective cancellation date as 01 July 2026.Despite this, monthly premiums were still deducted for July month. Kindly explain why these deductions were processed against a policy I had formally requested to be canceled. Furthermore, Fedhealth deducted R750 for my "wallet" for the remainder of the year, allegedly to cover claims that might arise after cancellation. This deduction is unjustified, as the medical aid should have been canceled by 30 June 2026. My last claim was already processed on the May statement. Thereafter I haven't used the medical aid. We are now approaching the end of August, yet I have not received any reimbur*****t for either the July premium or the wallet deduction.This negligence, I need clarity why my request hasn't been attended to.
