Fedhealth debits incorrect amount

Fedhealth provided a new option called Elect which lowered the premiums. After switching to this option I have been billed the old rate for 2021, ignoring my selection of the new option. I requested someone contact me but Fedhealth is dead in the water it seems. I want to be refunded the additional amount taken.
