Fedhealth debit orders

I received a message stating that my monthly debit order will include my risk contribution. From the time that I joined Fedhealth, I have done an EFT on the 25th of each month for my monthly subscription and the debit order for the Medivaut goes through on the last day of each month. I am unable to get through to any customer services and want to ensure that the debit order does not include the risk contribution as I never gave my authorisation for that and the fact that the amount has already been paid.
