I personally an so disgusted in this companies practice.I have since seen they were rated in the top 5 worst medical aid schemes in South Africa. I am so damn livid with this company. I cancelled my insurance with them back in Dec 2020. In April 2024 I received a statement which showed a zero balance, however the statement also they wrote off the credit of R3288.08 on the 1st of March 2024. What is wrong here not once in 2021/2022 nor 2023 did they send me a statement reflecting a credit balance. I believe there are many people if not thousands they are doing it to, I was unaware of this credit as I never overpaid, however this credit is a reward back for every year you are with them. Please if you were with Fedhealth and cancelled or moved insurance check your statements
