Fedhealth continues with despicable service levels

Regarding my formal complaint about despicable service levels from Fedhealth, their response to me was "we tried to contact you but were unable to reach you so we have closed your Hello Peter matter". That says it all about their service. I shall be taking them to the medical Ombud and social media until they respond to my urgent matter that was lodged over a month ago. Do not join this organisation!
