Fedhealth continues to be useless

Do NOT use this so called Medical Aid even if it's you last resort.My wife had an emergency operation in Jan 2022. They did not cover even 1% of the Hospital bill as well as the doctor that did the operation. I pay almost R7000 a month for what? You can also never speak to a person that can really really help you. They just refer you from department to department. I am now left with a massive bill which I cannot even pay. As soon as I can I will change medical aids.
