FEDHEALTH CONSULTANTS APATHETIC AND POORLY TRAINED.

For the past 2 months I have been trying to get an answer from Fedhealth as to how they cover Periodontic surgery viz. 4 hour Gum grafting surgery under Anaesthesia on Flexifed3 Any Hospital. Not one of probably 6 Consultants can comprehensively answer. One tells you it is covered. Another 2 say it is not. They cannot list what is covered. They cannot tell you how the threshold works. They don't read the email queries in their entirety. They just ignore what they too lazy to investigate. As long as they can close the call they could not care less what they reply. The consultants not even trained how to handle tax total queries. Poorly trained and apathetic. Does any supervisor even check what they reply or even just check their spelling and syntax? And please stop sugar coating what the Medivault is : it is NOT A REIMBUR*****T - it is a LOAN OR LINE OF CREDIT. Stop telling people they will be reimbursed. No, they will be reimbursed and pay back the reimbur*****t as a loan. Stop duping people by telling us you innovative. Seems to me alot of benefits now are conveniently Medivault. We cover it ..... but via loan. PLEASE CAN A KNOWLEDGEABLE CONSULTANT PROVIDE ME WITH A DECENT REPLY TO MY PERIODONTIC SURGERY QUERY.
