Fedhealth Co pmnt

Sadly here we are again with a complaint against Fedhealth.My daughter has epilepsy which is a PMB.She needed to have a 24 hour EEG to establish the severity if the epilepsy.I understand we on a Elect plan but the 2 hospitals which are within the radius do not offer this procedure.Helen Joseph is hardly functional and Selby does not offer this procedure.I have taken my daughter to Netcare Linksfield and been asked to pay a Co pmnt of R5000.I have queried thus numerous times and also written a motivation explaining the above.What is my next step???.
