FEDHEALTH

I am a member of Fedhealth, but am finding them quite useless, They do not pay for anything, you have an option to transfer your savings into your wallet but then you have to pay your normal subscription as well as an extra amount to pay off the amount you have transferred to your wallet? How does this help? I have found I have reached my self payment gap but still nothing has been paid for? Does anyone else have this problem?
