Fedhealth causing me early labor contractions
I went to visit my gynecologist in May and was told that the authorization letter was loaded incorrectly. We rectified the issue same month but till to date the visit still hasn't been settled. I have been told that my claim is being processed and it's been over 2 months. They still ask me to explain what happened but nothing gets done. I think they want me to go into early labor because of their incompetence

She further more assisted with a claim that was also rejected but was not queried. Thanks Ms Walaza Fedhealth needs more employees like yourself who show dedication all round.
