Fedhealth can't keep to their arrangements

I fell behind in payments to Fedhealth due to Covid and retrenchment. I finally received a payment arrangement and downgrade from Fedhealth of R3070 per month plus an additional R1977.55 over 4 months. This morning all the outstanding amounts (R7911.00) plus this months installment was deducted from my bank account disregarding the prior arrangement I had with Fedhealth. I am annoyed that I need to write this review and now have to fight this battle with Fedhealth again. Please refer back to our original arrangement, and correct the debit orders by transferring the difference back into my bank account.
