Fedhealth can not even phone clients back, bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could give no stars I would. It now has been 3 weeks since I have started to email and phone Fedhealth, I have not had one phone call from Fedhealth and only no reply emails. SUPPER FRUSTRATED at this Medical Aids extremely bad service, advice and help, I will never recommend this medical aid as they can not even phone clients!!!!!
