Fedhealth Call Centre staff are ***ardly sycophants.

Fedhealth is now run by the Call Centre. In other words: the tail is wagging the dog! They are absolutely brilliant gatekeepers. They will not put you through to a decision maker: ever.

In their minds a decision maker is a Call Centre supervisor and the ultimate authority is the Call Centre Manager. The fact that this highly esteemed personage has neither a medical or financial degree is irrelevant. Their claim to fame is their ability to prevent you from speaking to anyone in Fedhealth.
