Fedhealth: "By benefit and free visit included we meant you have to pay for that anyway"

Very dishonest *******.

You're told "You can have 5 of these". or on your policy there are 2 dental plans a year included as a "benefit". You can get X amount of "mental health" sessions a year. It's all a lie.

Basically you pump these guys 50k a year and they'll make 10-15 available to pay you back for those "benefits". You;ll be better off getting a bare bones hospital plan and investing the difference.

On Flexifed 2. or whatever it's called I'm paying 4k a month and nothing is really covered.

"go to any trauma the****** you want on this plan" - no, we're not paying you back

"You get 5 trauma therapy visits in this plan" - no, you don't

"you get 2 dental benefits a year" - provided you pay for them and you've not claimed on anything else

I had a bike crash and spent time in the ER and still had to fork out over R10'000+ , likely 3 times that.

What's the point?

My annual input would be in a positive balance despite me having a really bad year. There is no point.

Their Policies are also structured to not make sense to anyone who engages with logic. Their "benefits" are hidden deep on the site and in a format they don't want you to look at.

Their call center is rude and give you false information.
