FEDHEALTH - BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH

The fact I am even writing this review feels beyond absurd because it comes fresh on the heels of a previous review I had to write when Fedhealth ignored my claims. Subsequent to the review, I received assistance and was sorted out. So eager, once I had gone public, was the company to fix things, they phoned me to the point of near harrassment after it was fixed - seemingly to get me to adjust my review. I did not because I did not trust that this was truly resolved ... and lo and behold ... the next claim I submit, too has been completely ignored.

So here I am again: unable to get hold of a medical aid I have been a member of for decades, asking for the same type of claim I have been submitting for years, to be processed - and two weeks later - a deafening silence.

I shudder to imagine what actually is going on behind the scenes. Clearly, nothing is getting resolved at this company - is it simply falling apart? Who knows? Because no one will contact me?

I hope they might know - and I hope this might be the last review I must post for then - however, the truth is - the ball is in their court. All I am asking is for the service I pay for - nothing else, nothing special; I am not being difficult - but they make it impossible simply for a client service to be carried out.

Are they just hoping, everyone will just give up if they keep playing hide and seek. They are causing me so much stress, they probably will soon land up with very high medical bills when this begins to manifest medically!

It's appalling.

They are a disgrace of a company at the moment.
