Fedhealth Baby and Baby City West Rand Retail Crossing

Another month, another issue with Fedhealth. You guys are starting to exhaust me.

I received an text message from your department on Thursday 8 February 2018, which said the following: "Pls collect your Fedhealth Baby bag at Baby City West Rand Retail Crossing. Ask for the manager and show your medical aid card. Call 0861 116?016 with any queries."

I went to Baby City West Rand Retail Crossing on Sunday 11 February 2018, I showed the manager my medical aid card and he very rudely told me that the bag was not there and I should have waited for another text message to confirm that the bag had arrived at the shop and was ready for collection. Nothing about your text message says that I should wait to receive a second message before I collect. Your message says "pls collect" which means I can collect it immediately.

I was incredibly annoyed, because that branch of Baby City is a long drive from my home and I refuse to drive all the way back to collect the bag again, when I should have received it when I first went to collect it.

Please rectify this. The bag can either be sent to Baby City Heathway Centre, or it can be delivered to my residential address. I am not driving to West Rand Retail Crossing again and I am not going to deal with their rude manager again either.
