Fedhealth - AVOID - Impossible to reach - members in permanent "self payment gap"

Nothing else but an absolute money making scheme with virtually NO !! benefits at all. Would be off much better by saving the monthly payment of R6400...paying for chronic and blood tests myself and would still end up with thousands to spare. This must easily be the worst medical aid scheme in South Africa. They flatly refuse to pay chronic meds and for blood tests. Impossible to reach advisors and am each year for the whole year 24/7 & 365 in a "self payment gap". This enterprise is just unbelievably pathetic and just a money pit. My advice....stay away and avoid as far and as much as possible.
