Fedhealth are ********

This medical scheme is really *****. My mother was with TopMed and Fedhealth acquired TopMed, things were going okay until we had to use the medical aid. First they said funds will be available month end of September, when we called wanting to use the medical aid and needed to be sure were told funds will take 4 months to appear. Which transfer takes that long, so now my mother is basically being made to wait another waiting period when she has served her time. Who is the medical ombuds because I am taking this further.
