Fedhealth are a bunch of ******!!
I terminated my membership, but in the last month of my notice period, I had to go to the doctor AND I should have been covered for this because they took my money quite happily. I am supposed to be covered for my GP visits - but they have not bothered to pay the GP. I have logged query after query with not feedback. They took over R2600 every month and cant pay for anything. My agreement on the option was that they needed to pay my elected GP fees - so I expect them to uphold their agreements. I want confirmation that they have settled my GP's bills. Their Customer services are shocking!!!!

16 Mar 2020, 16:07Fedhealth just contacted me to tell me that I was paying over R2600 every month for a HOSPITAL PLAN which was not what I signed up for and if I wanted my GP visits to be covered then I should have paid more for some MediVault. They are just a bunch of ******!!!!! Who pays R2600 for a Hospital Plan??????? This is completely *********. Definitely should not be associated with medical professionals!!!!

I even had to go through the hassle of electing my GP - So honor your contracts and pay for my GP visits. And I have proof that I have never activated this so called MediVault and you have paid my GP visits in the past. Is it because I terminated my membership that you now have sour g****s????? Because this is the exact reason why I terminated my membership because Fedhealth does NOT look after their clients.
