FEDHEALTH AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

I find Fedhealth's process totally pathetic, especially when they are removing someone from a medical aid scheme and essentially leaving them without cover and they only realize this when wanting to receive medical attention, yet were happy to carry on receiving the contributions towards the removed members. Relying purely on email as a source of communication, especially when it involves something as serious as someone being left unprotected is just not acceptable. For something as serious as that 100% confirmation must be obtained from the Member that they are fully aware of this, so some professionalism is expected and every effort made to contact the member (main member at the very least), to ensure they are aware of this. I personally hope they close down and that NHI would hurry on up so these thieving schemes who care about money only can lose out. Only thing is NHI needs to be overseen by non Governmental bodies. This is totally unacceptable and this is not my last word on it either.
