Thank you, Fedhealth, for truly being there for me and my family. Earlier this year, my child was rushed to the ER while we were still in the waiting period. Even though our cover had literally just started, you still stepped in to help us in our time of need, and for that, I will forever be grateful.

Just this past weekend, my dog had a sudden emergency. I remembered that our medical aid includes pet cover, so I submitted a claim. Today, I received an email from the very professional and kind Daniel Gainsford letting me know it was approved and will be paid. I fully understand the excess and have no problem with it. Once again, you were there when it mattered most.
