Fedhealth, all money and pain.

Fedhealth were not willing to cover a consultation with an opthamologist in the sum of R3000-00.

He referred me for an operation on my eye.

Fedhealth said they would not cover the operation as it was going to take place at Northcliff eye hospital, which is a day clinic.

I cancelled my cover with Fedhealth immediately as paying them a monthly subscription serves no purpose.

They are still trying to claim R6200-00 monthly subscription from me for September. I cancelled the debit order.

I must now wait out a three month period before I can claim from my new medical aid being Discovery.

I have been forced to walk about half blind in my left eye due to the ineptitude of Fedhealth.
