Fedhealth Again

Fedhealth again disapoints, I went to have my eyes tested today only to be told I don't have funds available. I have a look on the website on my benfits page where it says I have R10470 allowed for optical, after talking to an agent I was informed that that is the max amount I can borrow from the "Medical Aid" via their Medivault/Wallet. The best thing about this Medivault thing is I have to request the money from them and I have to mke the payment for the medical service myself and then monthly pay Fedhealth back. So I pay them monthly for a service I must perform anyway. I will be moving to a new Medical Aid as soon as things return to normal. DO USE FEDHEALTH. No one from Fedhealth contact me my mind is made up
