Fedhealth Advertises Sanlam linked products but knows NOTHING about them or how to access them

I Enquired about the Sanlam Reality options that seem to be advertised as an added extra on top of the fedhealth plans.

The sales agent I spoke to told me he knew nothing about it and that all enquiries should be directed at Sanlam. Yes just pass the buck - typical FedHealth.
