Fedhealth accounts
Fedhealth has suspended my account twice now, according to them because of a system glitch. Everytime this happens i need to pay claims out of my my own pocket Can not get hold of any manager, as the consultants refuse to connect you to 1. Account controller also do not take any calls. Worst medical aid i ever dealt with. After 4 yaers i am canceling with them.
