Fedhealth: A Prescription for Frustration

In 2024, Fedhealth took me on a wild goose chase for a procedure authorization. After exhausting all avenues and hitting brick walls, I decided to postpone the procedure until it became an emergency. Now, faced with the same doctor, the same procedure, and the same supporting documents (already submitted, mind you), they've denied it again—this time questioning the very motivation and scans they had already accepted in the past.

Fedhealth, your handling of healthcare is nothing short of disgraceful. When someone entrusts you with their money every month—paid in advance, no less—the least you could do is provide the support we’ve been promised when it's needed most.

Apparently, emergencies are a concept you're unfami**** with, unless the emergency is your inability to fulfill basic responsibilities.

To anyone considering Fedhealth: Run in the opposite direction. Trust me, your health will thank you.
