Fedhealth a bunch of jokers

Well here we are again. Medical aid suspended again even though its fully paid. So tell me is this deliberate or just a sign of total disregard and just that fedhealth don't ****ing care. The os a guy Simphiwe Mulaudzi who seems to have dedicated himself to **** with my mojo every ****ing month. So can we say its incompetence or just someone who clearly don't have no clue what customer service is. Am done
