Fedhealth

I have read several complaints and issues people have had with Fedhealth and all cannot be lying about the ******* way in which they conduct their business.

The following was an email I had received from Fedhealth after I had complained and advised them of my imminent termination.

To date, I have received every excuse under the sun about why I cant get back my money which had been taken out of my account every single month, even though I had not agreed to them just making me member of their pathetic company.

The following is what was sent to me but I have not received a single cent from them only to be told that the money is not due back to me !!

My funds were paid to these rogues every single month but they dont care.

I was not informed or advised about any of their plans because i did not agree to becoming a member of theirs. They dont have a signature or any paperwork of mine agreeing to becoming a member of their rogue company because they took it upon themselves to decide this factor !!

How must we as the consumers survive with being ****** like this.

I had my eyes tested, the amount was almost R7900, but I do not have the funds because this rogue company have not paid me out yet !!

Since 2019 I have not used my medical aid even though these rogues were paid every single my month my contribution.

How does one survive this and stop this rogue company from robbing other people !!!

Guaranteed I will receive a call from their spokesperson who will tell me that they are looking into this and then come back with a hogwash story !!

They are an absolutely despicable company and Im waiting to hear their next excuse !!!

Herewith an overview on what was covered:  Savings is still available in the wallet however the savings will only be transferred to the new membership after 4months. This I am aware of and the gentleman at Discovery has advised that the payment will be made into my account. My concern is the delay in the transfer of the savings as I have not used a cent out of the savings and there is no delay when monies are taken out of the members account !!!

These are the excuses that people have to put up with and they think we will just forget it and push it under the carpet !!!
