I am embarrassed to say that I am a member of this medical scheme. Above all other queries regarding my membership benefits, I had a consultation with my GP which Fedhealth would not pay. On my plan, I have unlimited consultations with my GP. I visited my GP on 8th May 2024, but Fedhealth refuses to pay for that despite the fact that I have the benefit included in my particular plan. The balance is R423, 60. Not a fortune, but if I pay my monthly fees, why on earth does Fedhealth not settle this account?
Wa t to mention that this might sound petty, but if you read my previous review,( as well as the ones which will follow, it is very clear that somewhere on my membership profile there must be chaos.

During the financial year 2023, I was on Fedhealths top plan. Maxima something.
Refering to the tax certificate which I resently received, I want to know why, in spite of paying more than R144 000 plus, my CO-payments were more than R108 000 for services/ treatment/medication which were not covered by my (verrry expensive) medical plan.
Seeing that this is Fedhealth's top plan, something must be very wrong. It doesn't make sense at all.
