Fedhealth

Fedhealth has proven to be the worst medical scheme ever! They never pay any claims sent to them. Just last month I asked one of the consultants to authorise a certain Hospital that I went to but Instead the consultant put in a wrong date and now they don't want to pay because the claim date from the hospital doesn't correlate with theirs on the authosation letter. I'm so disappointed in this medical aid because I've been having problems with them ever since I joined in. I hope my issue will be resolved because for the past 2 days I have been struggling to get assistance from them.
